study measuring accuracy of 90-minute COVID-19 test, CovidNudge

A new study to be published in the Lancet Microbe assessed the sensitivity and specificity of a 90-minute COVID-19 test called CovidNudge.

The test is designed to be carried out in hospitals at patients’ bedsides without the need for lab processing.

But does it work well enough to make a difference to how testing is done?

Speaker:

Prof Graham Cooke, lead author of the study, and Professor of Infectious Diseases, Imperial College London
