The REACT-1 team from Imperial College London has now completed round 19 of their study – this is the final round of REACT-1 surveillance for COVID-19 prevalence.
This batch of data includes samples from over 100,000 people collected between 8 and 31 March 2022.
The study presents data on infection prevalence across the country and in different age groups; sequencing; and an estimate of R and growth rate.
Please note this data is a preprint, so it is early work that has not yet been through peer-review and is not published in a journal.
