The government have published their review of social distancing guidance.
Dr Shaun Fitzgerald FREng, Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor at the University of Cambridge, said:
“Reducing risk is not all about distance – there are many mitigating factors which can and should be used to tackle all of the transmission pathways. So, the ‘plus’ bit of the advice is really, really important.”
