Q&A on seasonal flu

The SMC ran a press briefing with some of the UK’s leading flu experts tomorrow.

1. To allow journalists to ask some questions about the current flu season.
2. To hear from Professor Sir Peter Horby, Joint Chief Investigator of the RECOVERY trial, how people will be treated if they are hospitalised, why we still don’t have good evidence on treatments despite flu being around for a long time and whether science happening now might deliver definitive evidence on the best treatments.
