The REACT-1 team from Imperial College London has now completed round 12 of their study looking at virus prevalence across England.
This batch of data includes almost 110,000 swab tests carried out across England between 20 May and 7 June 2021.
The study gives an estimate of R number and an estimate of growth rate, and has sequencing data. It has also looked at data on hospitalisations and deaths and the relationship between these and infections.
Please note this data is a preprint, so it is early work that has not yet been through peer-review and is not published in a journal.
Speakers included:
Prof Paul Elliott, FMedSci, Director of the REACT programme, and Chair in Epidemiology and Public Health Medicine, Imperial College London
Prof Steven Riley, Professor of Infectious Disease Dynamics, Imperial College London
